I collaborated with a Black sister-led studio to develop plant concept systems for an interactive digital installation created in partnership with Niantic’s Black Developer Initiative. Each plant evolved through multiple growth stages and was designed to respond to distinct environmental themes, including desert, jungle, and wasteland biomes.

The project resulted in a series of fully realized plant designs and animated growth stages developed for integration within an interactive digital installation created in collaboration with Niantic. Each asset was optimized for real-time environments, allowing the plants to dynamically respond to environmental triggers and contribute to an immersive, evolving exhibition experience.
